Οι πρώτες Ημερίδες ορίων της χρονιάς στην Τεχνική κολύμβηση διεξάγονται την Κυριακή (14/1) στον Πειραιά και την Πτολεμαϊδα.
Στο Εθνικό κολυμβητήριο του Πειραιά μετέχουν 150 αθλητές/τριες από 15 σωματεία της νότιας Ελλάδας, με ώρα έναρξης των αγώνων 12.40,ενώ στο Δημοτικό κολυμβητήριο Πτολεμαϊδας (13.15 οι αγώνες), 235 αθλητές/τριες από 21 σωματεία της βόρειας Ελλάδας.
